It looks like our Crestwood McDonald's is about to get a major facelift. They have been working with the City of Crestwood for several months to get the proper permits and variances. A final resolution will be up for approval at Tuesday's Board of Alderman meeting.
The first McDonald's in Missouri was built on this site back in 1958. That building was demolished and replaced in the 1970's by our current McDonald's.
Once again the current building will be demolished. The new building to be built closer to Watson, with parking moved behind the store (which kind-of looks like how it was back in 1958).
Timelines have not been finalized, but I understand that they hope to only be closed for a few months during construction.
